Pinon Real Estate Residential Rentals uses a tenant portal to collect payments. EFT and CC payments are subject to a processing fee decided upon by the portal company. Checks are accepted to eliminate processing fees but cash is not. A 5% late fee will be applied after the 7th of each month and a NSF or payment reversals will be subject to a processing fee of $35.
