Location

Our office is located in beautiful, historic downtown Salida and has a strong history. It’s been beautifully restored and is located at the corner of Second and F Street. Our attractive window displays showcase property flyers. Walk ins and clients alike comment on how beautiful the building is. Conference meeting rooms are readily available to meet with your clients in private.

Giving Back

We are proud to dedicate thousands of dollars each year to local non profits. Our agents are committed to giving back and sit on multiple boards. Our office is a rotating art gallery and hosts 3 annual artist receptions per year to support our local art community. We also host an annual swanky Winter Soiree for our clients and community and it's been known to be the party of the year. That same weekend, Pinon hosts our annual Tea With Santa. A beloved event for children in our community that has become a tradition.

Leadership and Mentoring

Our Broker/Owners, General Manager and Office Manager are here to guide you through our well organized systems we have in place to make listing and selling properties as easy as possible. Our mentors are available and willing to answer contracts questions and our team of managers are here to support and help you with everything from paperwork to technology. Our team of well educated, experienced agents provides a warm environment where everyone is ready and willing to help.

Marketing

Pinon prides itself on it's classy and elegant branding materials. We've worked hard to provide our agents with our custom branding toolkit where they have access to Pinon's own fonts, colors, logos, guidelines and templates. We are the only real estate company in the area that publishes our own listings book. The Pinon Collection is published twice a year that has over 9000 copies in circulation. We advertise our listings weekly in the local newspaper. Instead of using stock photography, our agents lifestyle photos are featured in all of our print advertising every year, showcasing them as local experts.

Besides our outstanding location for walk ins and our good reputation in the community, Pinon invests thousands of dollars every year so that our agents receive their own leads on their listings via Realtor.com. We are Salida's leading real estate brokerage.

Full Service

We are the only real estate company in the area that has both a Vacation Rental Division (Pinon Vacation Rentals) and a Long Term Property Management Division. We are also open 7 days a week: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, Saturday 9-5pm and Sunday 12-4pm.
