Rich Edgington is a founding partner and co-owner of Pinon Real Estate Group. A westerner, he was born in Montana and grew up in the small town of Black Forest, Colorado. A graduate of Colorado State University, he founded a development and construction company in Dallas/Ft. Worth which featured a large custom home building division as well as a commercial division which built, owned, and leased office and commercial buildings.

After twenty years of traffic and summer heat, Rich longed to return to Colorado. Salida provided the ideal combination of climate, scenery, recreation, and small town values for Rich and his wife Cindy to raise their four children.

Rich is a passionate fly fisherman and enjoys outdoor time with his family as well as driving vintage Porsche sports cars. He is also a principal of Colarelli Custom Homes a Colorado Springs based custom home builder active in Chaffee County. In addition, Rich is the Vice Chairman of High Country Bank and is active in supporting youth sports.
