The holiday season in Salida, Colorado, is something special. And for more than two decades, Pinon Real Estate Group has been proud to contribute to that magic through two of our favorite annual traditions: the Winter Soiree and Tea with Santa.
While these two events are very different, they share something important: a commitment to bringing our community together.
Both events are dreamed up, organized, funded, and brought to life through the dedication of the Pinon Real Estate Group team. From the earliest planning meetings to the final decorations coming down, our agents and staff work together to make these celebrations happen.
And we wouldn't have it any other way.

The holidays are the perfect excuse to gather with friends, neighbors, clients, and the people who make our community so special.
Pinon's Annual Winter Soiree is our opportunity to open our doors, raise a glass, and celebrate another year in the place we're fortunate to call home.
With festive surroundings, good company, drinks, and plenty of holiday cheer, the Winter Soiree has become a favorite tradition for our team.
But what makes the evening truly special isn't the decorations or the refreshments. It's the people who fill the room.
Behind the scenes, our agents and staff transform our downtown Salida office into a festive gathering place. There are countless details to coordinate, and it takes a tremendous team effort to bring the evening together.
For us, the Winter Soiree is more than a holiday party. It's an opportunity to say thank you to the community that has supported Pinon Real Estate Group for more than 20 years.
Tea with Santa in Salida — Celebrating 21 Years in 2026

Few holiday traditions are as close to our hearts as Tea with Santa.
Now celebrating its 21st year, Tea with Santa is one of Pinon Real Estate Group's most cherished gifts to the children and families of our community.
Each year, children are invited to experience a little holiday magic with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their elves. With cookies, festive activities, and special moments with Santa, the event is designed to create memories that families can carry with them long after the holidays have passed.
And the best part? Tea with Santa is completely free for families.
This isn't a fundraiser or an event for profit. It's simply something our team believes in doing for the community.
What many people may not realize is just how much goes into making Tea with Santa happen.
Pinon Real Estate Group organizes and funds the celebration from beginning to end. Our agents and staff coordinate the venue, decorations, refreshments, activities, volunteers, setup, and cleanup. Many of our agents even spend time baking cookies to share with the children.
It's a labor of love, and it truly takes a village.
After 21 years, seeing the excitement on children's faces and watching families make holiday memories is still what makes every bit of that effort worthwhile.
How to Get Your Tea with Santa Tickets
Tea with Santa is a free event, but tickets are required to reserve a seat.
Tickets will be available beginning Friday, November 27, 2026 (the day after Thanksgiving) and can be picked up in person at the Pinon Real Estate Group office, located at 201 F Street in downtown Salida.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and they tend to go quickly! We encourage families to stop by early to reserve their seats for this beloved holiday tradition.
